- Centralise all of CEPCA's income and expenditure.
- Draw up the council's annual balance sheet and inventory.

Structures
The Head of the SAF sits on the Executive Committee, CEPCA's executive body. The committee meets twice a year, is convened by the President of CEPCA, and brings together the heads of the member churches, the General Secretary, the Executive Secretaries of the departments and the Head of the SAF.
